IJIN Material Introduction

Like we have mentioned before we would take the coming weeks to introduce you with our labels at Tenue de Nîmes. The first introduction is about IJIN Material.

“IJIN ” is a traditional Japanese word once used as a definition for “outsider ”. This word advocates the label philosophy & independent company structure pioneered by Philip Goss , an English “foreigner”, situated in Italy.

IJIN Material is an independent label that chooses to work with a fanatical attention for details. The denim label tries to be as far as possible from commercialization and the industrialization of denim production. Every IJIN pair of jeans is a story teller and contains numerous details that make the label a true denim expedition.
