Double denim

A Canadian client once told me that double denim (top and bottom) is called a Canadian tuxedo. We love double denim. The combination of a denim shirt or jacket with denim pants are perfectly fine with us, although we do not fancy a denim jacket and pair of jeans of one particular fabric. Even better is the combination of denim with a fine chambray shirt, although the 6 golden double denim rules as presented by the Guardian this week strictly forbid such a combination. Fact is that this Spring-Summer season and the up coming winter 2010 is all about denim in all sorts of styles and interpretations: Just the way we like it! Have a look at the Guardian post here and tell us what you think. Pictures by The Sartorialist and LVC.
